Maharashtra Public Service Commission announces MPSC recruitment 2026 on several Group-A jobs.
MPSC State Service Bharti 2026: Applications have officially been opened by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) regarding MPSC State Service Bharti 2026. Applicants to Group-A and Group-B position in all posts within Maharashtra are allowed to apply online via the Maharashtra portal at https://mpsc.gov.in/.
The MPSC Recruitment 2026 includes 139 vacancies in different departments such as police, state tax, skill development, labour, excise, and transport. The examination is done as Maharashtra State Service Main Examination 2025. The candidates should qualify in terms of education and age before handing in the applications. Online submission should be done until 14 March, 2026 and 11.59 PM. The exams will be conducted in several different stages and will be conducted by 29 March to 26 April 2026 in exam centres within Amravati, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur, Nashik, Navi Mumbai and Pune.

Eligibility Requirements and Charges
Applicants to the post of Assistant Regional Transport Officer should have a degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and a Heavy Vehicle Driving License. The rest of the positions need a graduate degree at an approved university. The upper age limit is between 18 or 19 and 38 years on the 01 July, 2025, with an exception of five-year relaxation to the same age groups of reserved categories, EWS, orphans, PWD candidates.
The open category candidates have to pay Rs 544 as the application fee, the EWS, orphan and PWD applicants have to pay Rs 344.
