Seat Acceptance Process
Fee Payment: If you secure a seat, then you have to pay a refundable fee of Rs. 5000 which is similar to deposit. You can pay the fee online by using credit card, debit card, UPI or internet banking. You have to pay the fee on time otherwise you will lose your seat and you will unable to try for a better later.
Options after allotment:
- Arrange the seat and start the college immediately, then no other round for you.
- Take the seat for this time, but try to get better seat in round 2. Choose “Upgradation Yes” to accept.
- After payment download provisional allotment letter. Bring the allocation letter with you when you visit the college to apply for admission.
- Then, reporting to the college or institute. Bring the allotment letter, original documents and copies and visit to the in person to the college for the document check. If any document is missing or fake then you will lose your seat.
- During the round 2 seat allotment process, if you got the seat as per your choice or upgraded as per your choices then your allotted seat for round 1 will be cancelled.
